“Best show ever”, said one young boy after seeing the show. He’ll see many more great things in his years ahead, but we believe he’ll always remember Busy Izzy and her Friends with fondness.
The magical script follows the adventures of Busy Izzy and her friends, Secret agent Skye, Talkative Tess, Bossy Bobby, and Izzy’s adopted puppy Newly Truly and the World Famous Three Little Pigs with The Wolf as you’ve never seen him before.
Child experts, i.e mums agree the show has the Wow Factor. As one mother of three described it. “This show is so inspiring on many levels – it’s great to see some new Australian talent out there that has performances telling stories that cross cultures and hopefully nations to bring us all together in a positive and thoughtful way, protecting our kids and their future.” Teri Hobbs – Mum and General Manager at APAC Deluxe

About the creators
Writing songs and stories and singing on stage from age seven, Roxanne is passionate about all her activities with a special place in her heart for children, which is why she created the Busy Izzy and Friends series.
Stephen is a Multi-Instrumentalist, Award Winning Songwriter and Producer. He is also a performing singer songwriter, creative director and co-songwriter of the Busy Izzy and Friends series.
Stephen and Roxanne have won a number of significant awards for their songs from the Busy Izzy and Friends catalogue including: The Australian Songwriters Association ‘Songs For Children’ category, four times over the past five years.
The melodies are so catchy you can’t but help to singalong and the words have very special meaning. For example, “Sometimes a friend will know just what to say. Just one kind word will make you feel okay”, from ‘Sometimes A Friend.”
“When we’re indoors and not outdoors, there’s so much that we can do, if we use our imagination creating something new.” “Reading and writing can be so exciting, with my 26 BFFs” from the “ABC Alphabet Song”.
Family friendly environment, child friendly time slot.
North Sydney Leagues is an awesome venue with wonderful facilities and conveniences that make it an ideal destination for families with children. The show
will take place in the Club’s auditorium which has excellent sound and staging.
The curtain will rise at 10.30am to help make it super practical for young children to attend. The show is designed for ages 3 to 8 but we reckon you parents and grandparents will love it just as much.
Just as fabulous as what’s happening on stage is watching the kids enjoying what’s happening on stage.
