Humans intuitively eat meat and have evolved with meat — the most nutrient-rich food available for you to thrive.
Why do so many “big wigs” heavily promote the vegan diet and crusade against meat and the people that eat it — which happens to be 97% of the world’s population?
The answer to that question is complex yet logical:
→ First, many heavily influential activist groups with deep pockets dominate the food and sugar industry.
→ Second, the problem surrounding people’s health isn’t meat — it’s the enormous amounts of sugar consumed daily causing a massive rise in obesity and insulin resistance, i.e., type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and strokes.
The food and sugar industries are massive and powerful — their over-production and non-stop supply of heavily processed, sugar-laden junk foods is a 24/7 money-printing machine from which the “big boys” profit.
Consumers are quickly addicted to these easily accessible and affordable junk foods.
As a result, the steep decline of the vast majority of the population’s health feeds directly into the hands and pockets of the health, medical, and pharma industries.
Together, they’ve created the perfect never-ending merry-go-round and golden goose that doesn’t stop giving.
The more people scare mongered into believing meat, especially red meat, will kill them, the more they’ll turn to the alternatives the food and sugar industries offers them.
All you need to do is walk through the aisles of a big supermarket like I did today.
The market stacks 80% of its aisles with boxed, canned, tined, or glassed processed, high-carb, sugar-added foods, sauces, dressings, soups, and drinks made with toxic seed oils.
So why is this such a big problem when most people eat meat?
This answer is simple:
1) Cost
All meats, fish, and seafood, even eggs, are more expensive than the highly processed junk on sale disguised as food.
2) Convenience
It’s far easier to slap a few bowls of cereal with a dash of cheap milk on the breakfast table than to cook a proper breakfast of organic bacon and eggs.
While the vast majority enjoy and eat meat, fish, or seafood, these healthy animal proteins and saturated fats represent only around 20% of what’s on their plate.
The dominating remaining 80% of the meals consist of carbohydrate-heavy, starchy, nutrient-poor, pro-inflammatory “fillers” with added sugar, such as rice, potatoes, noodles, pasta, bread, and sauces, all cooked in toxic seed oils.
Not-so-fun Fact:
Seed oils, promoted as healthy and used as the primary cooking oil worldwide, are chemically altered and oxidize at low temperatures yet are used for high-temperature cooking.
Oxidization (burning) can even occur in a bottle or can of seed oil exposed to sunlight.
If you’re consuming oxidized — burnt — oils and foods, you’re feeding your bloodstream nasty free radicals that can (and do) cause cancer.
Do the food agencies, authorities, scientists, and manufacturers know this? Of course, they do, but it’s not their problem — your health is not their priority.
It’s yours — you must know and decide what you put in your body.
The dilemma and deliberate confusion
For decades, you’ve been told to reduce or to entirely cut your meat consumption, especially the devil of all, red meat!
Instead, load up on those veggies, and slam them down with a “heart-healthy” portion of whole grain and fiber-rich rice, pasta, or bread, and a tiny bit of chicken or fish.
Better yet, go vegan, and save all the animals and the planet while you’re at it!
It’s deliberate and dangerously fake profit-oriented nutritional propaganda.
You look at the packaged, cheap, and easy-to-fix processed foods the supermarket is full of and say: “it must be just fine, and it’s cheaper than meat and apparently healthier too.”
The various fresh types of meat, fish, and seafood are staring you in the face and waiting for you to take them home for a healthy meal.
One side of your brain is tempted and wants to grab the meat and run.
Then the other side steers you back to your comfort zone — the yummy-smelling bread and bakery aisle where you pick up your next stash of trash food.

It’s great to finally see in-depth research conducted and released by a highly reputable organization, The University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.
Their scientific evidence has cleared up the years of misinformation about red meat, which instead covered up the tremendous health benefits red meats, all meats, and animal products provide humans.
Now, we modern nutritionists, doctors, health coaches, and metabolic health experts can get on with our jobs and hopefully convince millions more to convert back to the ancient diet called the “meat-eater diet.”
Since the truth is finally out about meat, especially red meat, I hope this will become part of the mainstream agenda.
The results could be incredible if it’s geared with a drive towards health and a campaign to reduce and heal the terrible illnesses caused by the sugar and processed food production industries.
