“The last thing I think about on a daily basis… is what I look like,” Cameron Diaz said of her journey towards self-acceptance back in March. “My body is strong; my body is capable, why am I going to talk down to it when it’s carried me this far?” Instead, Diaz is all about embracing the ageing process – and rejecting archaic beauty standards in the process (she’s previously described how she rarely washes her face).
